Shipping & Returns

We usually use standard shipping, which take about 3-10 business days from the shipping date.  Most of our items will be ship from the warehouses in WI, CA, and NJ. If all of our orders are out of stock in the USA warehouses, we will ship it to you from the international warehouse which is located in Hong Kong.  If your item(s) will be ship from the international warehouse, we will update you and let you know.  International shipping usually takes 10-30 days depending where you are located. If we are out of stock in all warehouses, we will contact you and refund your money back.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your wakeeson.com order, returns are acceptable within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping cost.

Returns are acceptable only if the following applied:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn or used, altered, and washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
  • You must contact us via e-mail: support@wakeeson.com before you return your merchandise(s), please include your order number with the email.

 

Mail your return:

  • Email us at support@wakeeson.com to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, return address and instruction.  It may take up to 3 business days for us to reply back to you.
  • You must make sure to enter our address correctly on your return package because we are not responsible for any lose or misplace package.
  • We recommend that your package has a tracking number or a delivery confirmation.
  • We will refund your full purchase price back to your account within 7 days of receiving the return merchandise.

Final Sale

All sales merchandise marked as "SALE" and "CLEARANCE" are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

Other International Return Policy

Shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees). You as the buyer are responsible for all Import Fees.

You are responsible for all charges, including the original shipping charge and fees incurred on the package if you refuse a shipment from Wakeeson.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. We will refund any left over after the deduction back to your account.
